Targets
Employees
Researchers in Research & Innovation
Concept
We supported the IT team by proposing an acculturation program at 4 different sites, consisting of a thematic exhibition and a conference to give everyone the keys to understanding the new digital transformation models and workshops to make employees aware of the new uses of collaborative work.
Design scope
A turnkey system that can be deployed on several sites:
A thematic exhibition to give an insight into the new models of the digital economy.
A conference to present the concept of open source through a concrete case study.
A workshop to raise employees' awareness of the use of their new intranet tool.
Results
This system has made it possible to raise employee awareness of the challenges of the collaborative economy and to instill new collaborative work practices on a daily basis.
