BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
Put yourself in the shoes of your customers! Each participant is invited to write the personnae of a priority target according to the Personae matrix provided.
KEY STEPS OF THE WORKSHOP
- Each participant presents his or her person (social profile, professional situation, history, what influences him or her, obstacles, motivations...)
- Each group chooses a personae and illustrates a typical customer journey composed of the key steps of the service; how each personae discovers, interacts, consumes and talks about the lived experience of the digital service or product.
- Participants prioritize the contents and services identified according to the 'card sorting' method
- Each group makes up the main templates as if they had to make the 'One of a Journal' for each one.
