Design an authentic user experience by putting yourself in the shoes of your customers

OBJECTIVES

Model the backbone of the user experience by putting you in the shoes of your customers and have the design principles to prototype your future digital device (internet, intranet, extranet, web and mobile applications)

BEFORE THE WORKSHOP

Put yourself in the shoes of your customers! Each participant is invited to write the personnae of a priority target according to the Personae matrix provided.

KEY STEPS OF THE WORKSHOP

  • Each participant presents his or her person (social profile, professional situation, history, what influences him or her, obstacles, motivations...)
  • Each group chooses a personae and illustrates a typical customer journey composed of the key steps of the service; how each personae discovers, interacts, consumes and talks about the lived experience of the digital service or product.
  • Participants prioritize the contents and services identified according to the 'card sorting' method
  • Each group makes up the main templates as if they had to make the 'One of a Journal' for each one.
