Context

Tënk is a European subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform.
It is dedicated to auteur or creative documentaries and offers a permanent schedule of 60 to 80 videos that can be viewed immediately.

Concept

With the team of Tënk (about 10 people) we realized a Co-design workshop by imagining the customer experience of the future website.

  • Imagine the customer experience: personae, typical customer path, tree structure, zoning of main templates, visual moodboard
