For the past two years, the Total group has been implementing a web-based harmonization campaign for all its subsidiaries, i.e. nearly 200 sites. To control the homogeneity of the fleet and facilitate maintenance, Total has acquired Fatwire, a dedicated CMS designed by Oracle.

We participated in all stages of the deployment and development of the pilots, from the design of solutions meeting the specific needs of each subsidiary, to the industrialization of the development.
In addition, we recently assisted the subsidiaries in the deployment of a new graphic charter by implementing the same methods and applying the same standards in order to achieve this massive deployment.

Results
The key to success was the implementation of a project method capable of processing a very large volume of data and adapting to so many people. Similarly, mastering a production environment such as Fatwire was a challenge that enabled us to meet the Total Group's quality requirements.
