With 103 stores, 12,000 employees and a turnover of 3.3 billion, Castorama is a key player in the DIY, decoration and home improvement retail sector. Faced with new uses such as rental, sharing, or the D system, the distributors' business model is disrupted.
In order to share this vision of the brand's Top Management with its 5000 employees, Castorama entrusted us with the animation of several workshops as well as the organization of an informative and participative event for the brand's external and internal employees.
This event made it possible to raise awareness and immerse employees in how to integrate their digital transistion into the era of the 3rd industrial revolution.
