With 103 stores, 12,000 employees and a turnover of 3.3 billion, Castorama is a key player in the DIY, decoration and home improvement retail sector.

In order to share this vision of the brand's Top Management with its 5000 employees, Castorama entrusted us with the animation of several workshops as well as the organization of an informative and participative event for the brand's external and internal employees.
